I have placed an order ( 2141565218) on 22nd May. It was shown the max shipment date will be 27th May. I called the service desk multiple times and I was assured that it will not be delayed every time. This order is meant to be a gift for somebody and have to be delivered on time. Yet today morning I see the shipment date is delayed to 30th May.
I do not understand how come just the shipment of an item takes 10 days time, leave aside the delivery. Today when other online service providers like Flipkart delivers items in 1 day why would we in future buy from snapdeal if you cannot satisfy your customers. I am highly disappointed with your service when I had high hopes with you guys. Please get it delivered to my address by end of this week. I can’t wait any further.
