Worst Shopping experience ever! Torture is an understatement, its a Terror. Terrifying experience.
What happened when I bought a wall clock from Snapdeal.
Step 1: Looked for wall clocks online, Snapdeal has got the best options.loved it
Step 2: Placed order for a nice looking wall clock.
SO FAR SO GOOD
Step 3: Product delivered, opened the box.what? this is not the wall clock I ordered.
Step 4: Checked the Invoice, someone elses name on it. WTF? Wrong delivery?
Step 5: Called Customer service. Unprofessional, non-courteous, disconnected my call.
Step 6: Called them again, courteous rep this time(ATLEAST), said that they will send me the return form in email, I need to download it, print it, paste it on the wrong delivery box, someone will pick up the box in 2 days, once we receive it back in good condition, the right product will be delivered within 7 days. WHAT THE F? I asked to put the Supervisor online, said, he is not available, but arranged a callback for next morning.
Step 7: Morning - Afternoon - Evening: No Call back from anyone, no one comes to pick up the wrong delivery.
Step 8: I called them again next day late evening, asked to speak to sup, after argument, I was able to. Supervisor informed, that no callback has been arranged. SERIOUSLY?
Step 9: Escalated to Team Leader, said couldnt help it, thats the process, it has to be followed. FRUSTRATION LEVEL: 1000000
Step 10: Requested escalations to Manager. not on floor, sir is busy in a meeting, cannot come to address a frustrated, miss-communicated customer. Callback arranged once again.
Step 11: Waiting for call back.
