Snapdeal

I have shopped many products from Snapdeal. Here are my opinion on pros. and cons. about Snapdeal-

Pros.-

1. Cheaper price of most of the products(specially electronics products) than any other e-commerce site.

   
   




2. The website is very simple and easily accessible and any product can be found easily.

   
   




3. The mobile app is also very well designed.

   
   




4. The item descriptions are provided in detail.

   
   




5. Good customer support.

   
   




6. Unlike some of it’s competitor, it provides all it’s offers both on mobile app and website.

   
   

Cons.-

1. Delivery of products is sometimes too late.

   
   




2. Returning a product is a bit hazardous sometimes. Sometimes you have to send the product back through any courier, though they refund the courier charge.

   
   




3. In case of return of a product, the refund of the money takes a few weeks sometimes.
