Ek Ghatiya online shopping

I have booked a Fly  Mobile from snapdeal by 25th-09-12. with order no. 738416933.   They said that product may be shipped on 27th - 09-12 but product not shipped and  and said that we will shipped 4-5 days they not shipped product.


When I call in customer care they said that you can cancel order and you will get the refund in 7-21 days.


I not received rupees til now.

Regarding cancellation and refund processing, please note that your order was cancelled on Oct 2nd and will take atleast 7 to 21 days for the money to be refunded into your account. We request you to check your account statements after the above mentioned duration and let us know if there is any discrepancy in refund processing. We will look into it immediately.
