As I am a online shopper but disappointed by Snapdeal. A year ago I purchased a phone . I received my order after 1 week. The phone is damaged as the speaker is not working well& a scratch on screen was there. So I decided to contact the customer service.
I told them about receiving a damaged product.They just told me that I couldn’t be exchange the product or refund my money.
