I am person who buys alot of stuuffs online. This availability of different and new things through online stores was amazing. I use online stores like flipkart and amazon. I tried snapdeal for the first time and instead of getti g the original product which was a lazer pen, I got a pen of rupees five. I dont know how did even hapoen and it was disappointing to loose money . I dint get feed back too. Later I ordered the same product and I got a one which was not working fine. The customer services are also bad that I never recommended snap deal to anyone else. I am not sure how the product was replaced in first time but people planning to use snapdeal be careful.
