My order id is 2446710057.I have placed the order for a laptop on July 16th. So far the promised delivery date has been changed 3 times. After extreme followup, I was informed that the courier partner is not ready to deliver the product(dont you have any other courier partner other than fedex in the earth?).
The actual reason was not told. Fedex informed me that the product is not handed over to them but snapdeal is telling the product is already given and fedex is not properly updating the status.Snapdeal is not starting the cancellation process by themselves and holding my money-53k for past 25 days.
After repeated call also the cancellation is not processed. 4 days back I got a call from snapdeal and told they can ship the product again. I told to go ahead, and today when I asked for the tracking number, I am informed that the product cannot be shipped. Why dont snapdeal have any automated system to go ahead for cancellation if they cannot ship? Why snapdeal customer care is just telling the cannot do anything now? The useless customer care is asking me what shall he do now?
I have purchased more than 40 products so far from snapdeal and this is my worst experience. The seller is just pathetic and intentionally he is not shipping my product. My money is being held by snapdeal for 25 days interest free.
I am being pushed to the edge, 25 days of my patience is of no use and very recently snapdeal has become very worst.Please process cancellation and issue me the refund at the earliest
