Here I would like to share the worst experience with Snapdeal.I was using it from last 3 years and with numbers of orders, however with average rating but this time with the order RayBan sunglasses which I ordered of size 55, they got delivered size 58 and when I got that returned within 3-4 days of delivery, they rejected that returned by saying glasses are used:) .Very funny this is .how come sun glasses is used ones within 3-4 days.
Worst part they say unbox happiness but that is not true .it is sad, in actual they use box packing with shoes, slippers other cheap things but not for expensive ones like sunglasses, watches.they use polythene pack for that .which is really pathetic so once you returned these kind of things -you don’t know how courier company will take care of the pack with only polythene(no safe packs).highly chances of its damage during courier transitions .Now Snapdeal can blame you that it is damaged or any other useless comments.
This was not the first time on which I faced that kind of issue, infact I had poor experiences with Clocks, Batteries as well which got useless within 2 to 3 months of buying it.so doubt of its originality.Also they cancel any items of yours anytime.so if you assured after ordering it during SALE period .no guarantee if they deliver to you so after few days when they cancel it you have to buy it without SALE.Good experiences with Flipkart & Amazon, infact PAYTM is also very good as I ordered more than 200 items and returned few of them as well but no issue anytime.Please THINK twice while purchasing with Snapdeal.
