I ordered AOC monitor and wireless keyboard with order ID 4298483234 on 5th Jan 2015 initial delivery date was 8th of Jan again they postponed to 10th Jan and now it’s 16th Jan. When I called to snapdeal customer care several times finally they responded and assured to solve problem within 24 hrs but till now product din’t received just they are postponing dates that’s it.
I raised a complaint also( complaint no 14539157) also no progress yet.I request all 2 go for other sites like flipkart/amazon their service is good compared 2 snapdeal. I purchased more than 10 items in flipkart& amazon I never had such issue.
I don’t knw when I will receive my product. It’s not snapdeal it is worstdeal.
