I ordered 3 sprout maker from snap deal, out of 3, 2 were defective.This was delivered to some other address and people staying there doesn’t know how to upload pic of the defective product.
I called up snapdeal and logged a complaint.They didn’t bother to reply and asked me to upload pic of the product I told them this is not possible since I don’t stay at the delivered address and people who stay there, dont know how to upload pic. But Snap deal doesn’t bother about their name and goodwill and didn’t replaced the product.
ebay and other vendords are far better than snapdeal. I ordered some product from ebay, n that was defective, they replaced that in 2 days without any further question. I also ordered laptop battery, which wasnt compatible with my laptop, again replaced with in 2 days.
I am warning everyone, not to shop from them, because if there is any issue in your product they are least bothered.
