I ordered headphones in the month of august . In the app , the eslimated delivery day was within 2-5 days but they were not delivered the product within 2-5 days then I contacted the customer service , they were unable to track my product details as well as give me resolution then I talked their senior supervisior he wasn’t also able to support me and resolve my query after 10 days I got the product with worst product quality .Snapdeal is totally worst e-commerce website ever I seen in my life .
