I purchase a diamond ear ring from Snap deal and got it delivered. After receiving we noticed that the lock for the stud was very very loose and it falls immediately.
I wrote a mail to snapdeal about the problem, they asked me to send the photos. I sent them 3 photos explaining the problem, The reply was that since the photos were not clear they are not able to help and asked for better photos. Seriously I am not a pro photographer. I sent them a mail telling tht this was a practical problem and photos cannot explain the problem. Then the customer service ppl told that they would give me Rs.50 on my SD account and asked me to bu y the lock of the ear rings from a local market. I was furious and asked for a responsible reply.
They asked me to send it back to them and they would either send a new one or give the money back. I sent it to them through blue dart reverse pick up the AWB no is 13540984866. I have sent it to them 5 days ago and I have sent them 3 mails regarding what is the action they are going to take , but there is no reply from them them. I think I have lost my product as well as the money now.

I am afraid if I would be responded by them.
I would better avoid using snapdeal as my first experience itself was too bad.
Update:
Got a reply from snapdeal on mouthshut on 28th may that I would get a call within 24hrs, I received a mail telling that they would revert to my problem with a solution in sometime, I replied them asking what does sometime mean and asked them to give me a dead line.; No replies still ignoring, Cheats!
Update: 7th June:
I got a 50 SD cash balance in my snap deal acccount and I have received a mail on 5th june telling that a cheque would be sent to me issuing the amount back!
I am waiting for the same!
Will update if I receive the cheque.
