Snapdeal is cheating customer!
I had placed an order at Snapdeal & order no is 580223438 for a ponds cream worth Rs.93 quantity 50 grams. After waiting for long time I came to know that the order is cancelled due to stock issue. This is a pure lie that the product is not in stock the actual reason is different. They had cancelled the order because the actual price of 50 gram cream is more than 300 rs. They are just doing fraud by showing a product with a good discount on their website and keeping the money of customers who are paying in advance for a period to earn interest. What a mind Mr.Bahl, outstanding.
I complained for this to C.E.O of the company and against that complain I had received a call from a so called lady Rashi. What a executive don’t know what SnapDeal is trying to do? She said that she is refunding 93rs to me against that complain. I said that I don’t need refund I want product, she also said that this is not in stock . Nobody is telling the correct reason that the actual price is more than 300rs. And finally she said that she will not be able to help me out.
I am posting this review so as to make all of you aware not to use SnapDeal. By profession I am a lawyer and I am also going to send a legal notice to SnapDeal for the same i.e for cheating under section-420 IPC & Consumer Forum Act. And I would request all of you also to file a complain against snapdeal if r facing such issue and if you are having any problem while doing so fell free to contact me, I will help you out for the same.
