Still no update on BlueDart website. You have provided me with a wrong bill number as I called up Bluedart and they told me they don’t have any parcel with such way bill number. Why can’t you provide the correct information?


I was told that tracking works in 48 hours but still nothing has happened. Stop giving false information to customers and rather do something to help them. Wrong airway bill numbers will not get you anywhere.


I request that you provide me with a correct waybill no.

@tvistedhead, we have requested our products team to track your order on a priority basis. We understand your concern but it has just been 2 days that you have placed your order. As the delivery time mentioned on the product you purchased says 5-7 working days, you will receive the product in stipulated time. The estimated date of shipping is not immediate because based on your order, we have informed the vendor to send it to our warehouse, which will take 2-3 days. From our warehouse, it will be picked up by our logistics partner and then it will be shipped. Considering all the above, we have provided you an estimated shipping date, by which the product will be surely shipped. After shipping, it takes maximum of 1-2 days for the order to reach you.We assure you a timely delivery.
