We receive damaged products

I had purchased a product which was damaged when I received it. After calling back Snapdeal, they set a reverse pickup but the guy did not come for picking up the product. Now I’m getting a same answer as Reverse pickup will happen but NEVER happened.


There is no use if Trustpay, as the product won’t be picked up back within 7 working days. I was a regular CST of SNAPDEAL, not on will never purchase anything from SNAPDEAL.
