Snapdeal is the website which started as a coupon-based website back in 2011 I bought a few deals from them and was happy and satisfied. they’ve moved to selling online stuff and have managed to generate quite some money through that
personally I’ve had many bad experiences with Snapdeal. When compared to other websites such as Flipkart or Amazon their website is very very sloppy. It is very slow, it is not at all user-friendly. coming to products the products they have been offering are not of good quality I am not talking about the branded stuff but about the other local stuff that they’re selling. Many instances have been reported where people have placed an order for a phone or a tablet and have received bricks or empty boxes.all these instances have raised questions on the credibility of the website. Snapdeal will have to rise up and up their game if they had to compete with other websites.
