I placed an order(No:5009949527) on 19th February containing of 2 Din player and 4 no of speakers worth of Rs.17700. The free installation was committed from snapdeal. They have given Axa-assistance number to contact for "Free installation". These guys gave me a dealer’s number as my nearest dealer. This fellow asked me to pay Rs.2000 before even visit my place.
I raised complaint regarding this to Axa-assistance and snapdeal both. But no response from both of them till now. I was tired to contact them in STD calls. So I sent mails to them, for those mails also NO RESPONSE. And then continuously my orders were cancelled by them purposefully - Order nos: 5182475245, 5218666195.
I wanted to know the reason, I contacted them again over phone. Ms.Deevitha- Customer service executive spoken with in a very wrong manner, so I asked her to transfer the call to their higher official - floor supervisor. So I was forced to wait till 12 mins in line, and this idiotic lady disconnected my call without connecting. This is not my one and one experience, I have a list of bitter experience with this irritating site Snapdeal. I will never ever purchase anything from this fraud site anymore. I just want to create awareness amongst consumers, about this kind of fraudulence activities done by snapdeal.
