Guys, Snapdeal promises 7 day return and refund by the name of "TRUST PAY". But I think it shud be named "DISTRUST-DON’T PAY" as they do not honor their own policy by hiding behind the fine print which nobody reads while ordering.
Beware if you buy electronics / appliances from Snapdeal, and if you do not "LIKE" the product.
They will never rerurn it, because they return the product only if it is defective or broken, etc. Unlike Flipkart and amazon which do not ask you the reason for return, these guys will never return or refund if you say that you did not like the product or its design. It is not in our policy - they say.Is the policy framed by Parliament which is so sacred?
These guys are taking the customers for a ride ppl, so think twice before ordering.
BTW I ordered an AC for 34000/- which we did not like on arrival, and we are now stuck with it. NO return no refund they say. HA HA.
