I had placed the following order: order ID: 2744421366| Order Placed on: 2014-09-02. The date for delivery as seen on your tracking page is 2014-09-07.it has not been delivered till now nor is the tracking page updated post 4th September. The courier company says.they cant tell me when it will be delivered and snapdeal knows about it.Snapdeal has not bothered to update me on this as yet. Moreover there is no mention of an email id/ tel no for grievance cell. MY FIRST AND PROBABLY THE ONLY TRANSACTION WITH SNAPDEAL IS REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE TO TOP IT ALL.THE COURIER COMPANY ASKS ME IF I CAN GO TO THEIR OFFICE & COLLECT IT. CHEATS!
