I received Sunflame SF-177 electric kettle today and the packaging and handling was very poor.
I started testing it.
The ON button was not functioning.
I tried reaching Snapdeal customer support, but it was on maintenance. I dropped them email and awaiting response.
I called Sunflame customer service they asked me to go to service center.
This is very poor service from Snapdeal which will refrain me from further shopping from here.
Hope somebody from customer service would be reading this and would me sort my problem.
