First time shopping experience.

This is my first time with SnapDeal and I have made my mind not to shop from SnapDeal anymore. Why? Continue reading my experience.


My order number is 1553243979. The product is a lumia 520 cyan mobile phone. I ordered on 29th December, 2013. It was shipped on 30th December, 2013. The estimated delivery date was 10th January, 2014. But till today nothing came. The courier company is First Flight and I tried to track the order but it only showing entry till 30th December, 2013.


I mailed the SnapDeal team(request #4686326) but they send me the standard reply mail saying that they have dispatched the product and it is the courier company which is causing the delay. SnapDeal team gave me a phone number of the courier company and told me to call an inquire about the order. Then again I replied to this mail from SnapDeal Team, saying that if their responsibility to deliver the product by just dispatching the product?


In the reply, they told me that they will check with the urgent delivery team and get back to me. But 3 days went & I’m still waiting for both the reply and the delivery.
