I usually don’t use snapdeal for my online purchases but one of my friends recommended it to me and thus I made the mistake of ordering something from snapdeal .
I bought a wifi router from snapdeal around 3 weeks ago. The delivery was promised to be made within 1 week but it took them 2 weeks to send me the product .
The order tracking fascilties were very bad and and every time I called the customer support , they used to give me some idiotic excuse and hang up the phone . When the router reached me it worked pretty well for few days and then stopped working. A tried a lot to make it work but it didn’t . I again had to call the customer support people for replacement .
After calling them for days they promised me that pickup guys would come in a short while and replace the router. That short while was 1 week long . Atlast after all this hassle I got a good condition, working wifi router and all this took around one month. My experience with snapdeal was very bad . From delivery to customer support , nothing about snapdeal is satisfactory. I don’t recommend it to anybody .
