Product delivered to the wrong address

My order no. 4488704106 in snapdeal

I ordered one karigaari matka showpiece on 17th, January 2015, I still did not get it when I called the customer service they are saying that it has already been delivered but to the wrong address. I already paid the amount.

This is not the first time I am having an issue with snapdeal.
