Wrong product dispatched; Still waiting for refund

I booked a Vishudh Sand Printed Kurti [Size-L] on 19-11-2011 but [Size-S] was delivered for Order ID 225922066. Snapdeal arranged a sweep of this product and picked back the order from my home but never responded about when the Size- L would be delivered. When I contacted Snapdeal they informed me that they would arrange a refund of my money.


I have already lost faith on them due to their unprofessionalism as I am still waiting for any confirmation about the refund. Hope that I get my money back.
