I bought a logitech earphones from snapdeal on 26-Oct-11. I received the product on 14-Nov-11, almost 20 days after placing the order. But I guess that wasnt even of wait, even after 20 days I could not start using the product. The product I received was defective. I called up the customer care to tell them about the product and they said they would arrange a reverse pick, and within 5-7 days the pick would be done. Till this date, I am still waiting for the pick up to be done.
Its been more than one and half month since I placed the order and still I dont have a product to use. I have called them 4 times since the reverse pick up was done and after each call I was promised that the pick up would be done and that they have placed my request on high priority. But no response till date. I would have appreciated if atleast for once I had got a call proactively from snapdeal regarding my request. But that never happened.
I am really pissed with the service and I dont think I would want to have any relation with snapdeal again in the future. You may get good deals here, but I am sure the services are not even comparable to some of the better players on the internet.
