I have ordered a Soft Buddies Cute Teddy Bear-95cm for gifting my sister on her birthday and I have ordered it on 08.08.2013 with full payment and they told it will be delivered on or before 13.08.2013 but still today I have not received it.
When I call the snapdeal customer care they are coolly telling your order has been canceled due to their policy because they don’t have stock it seems. They have not informed me about this and they have not refunded the money also yet.
Pls don’t trust snapdeal this is my second experience with this site. Can tell they are the leading online shopping in no 1 position for Fraud business.
