Snapdeal is very good at marketing but when it comes on service its not good.
Products are 1st copy of original produts.
At the starting they give original product but now its 1st copy.
Return of product is not easy.
I buy cup and sousers set, 2 cups are broke on the edge. At the time returning of the set courier wala take my product but I didnt get my money back.
I called on thier customer service, they promise me to return my money within 24 hours but still I didnt my money back.
Worst experience with snapdeal.
