On 04th September, 2013, I ordered an Intex Computer M-m Speakers from SNAPDEAL.

On 14th September, 2013, I received the product from Delhivery Courier service in damaged condition (Speaker was broken inside) and not able to hear anything from that speaker. Immediately, I contacted the SNAPDEAL 24×7 customer support 91 92126 92126 and informed the same. They have arranged reverse pickup after 5 days. On 19th September, 2013 I have handed over that product to courier guy and shared the AWB number with SNAPDEAL customer care on the same day. After that SNAPDEAL stopped responding to my mails and complaints. Everyday I am calling their 24×7 customer support 91 92126 92126. Every time they are saying only one line like, "we have forwarded your complaint to concerned department and they will get in touch with you in next 24 hours". It’s been 20 days till now. No response from SNAPDEAL.
I don’t know what I have to do now. Still waiting for their reply.
