I got into buying from snapdeal just to check its services compared to that of flipkart.
1st of all there return policy is so crap! 7 Days only! when compared to flipkart’s 30 days.
I had bought a mobile handset, and within the 10th day of using it I found a major hardware defect. Since it was more than 7 days old, Snap Deal did not help me with anything as of that moment. On reaching the Service center I found that I was given a faulty invoice and the IMEI number on the handset was totally different from the bill.
It took more than a week for them to give me a rectified bill.
Also there delivery time is too long when compared to other e commerce websites.
Since then I have not further purchased any product from snap deal.
