I’ve purchased micromax q80 from snapdeal.com, mobile delivered by snapdeal.com is not as per specification they advertise on their website and also having few system problem such as no short cut key activation, hindi font, etc. After several complain on snapdeal.com, firstly, no response received from them, then they mail me that how is your experience with snapdeal.com and i reply very bad, then they contact me & provided customer care number of micromax which is not getting connected by any service provider (idea, aircell, airtel, reliance etc.) Customer care of snapdeal is just miss guiding me so that their time limit spend and customer stop complaining by getting frustrated.
I’ll suggest each and every one not to buy mobile by looking it’s specification specially on snapdeal.com.
Go to any mobile shop and buy mobile, if any problem mobile shop will easily replace as they are in front of you but if you buy from snapdeal.com they will only spend your time and miss guide you, at last you will have to kept that faulty mobile.
