Pathetic Customer Care Services

Pathetic and Poor, that’s what snapdeal products and Customer Care can be described as:


I placed this order (Order No. : 896151942 ) paying via my Credit Card and got an estimated delivery time of 08.03.2013, but on 04.03.2013 Snapdeal sends me an sms stating that the product has been dispatched with AWB 43501672631 via Blue Dart, so checked after 48 hours on bluedart.com. Tracking but found that the AWB Number is not traceable.


Hence I contacted snapdeal customer since Blue Dart Customer care told me that  there is no such AWB in there records , on this snapdeal customer care took a complain on 06.03.2013 stating the following :


"Customer is asking for status. AWB No. not traceable. Please update and make it deliver"


So I contacted them again on 08.03.2013, I customer care executive named Shilpa confirmed to me that the product is tracked and will be delivered by 6:30 pm IST but later on when I did not receive the product  by the given time , I again contacted their customer next day and was suprised to see the amount of lies these snapdeal representative are trained to tell.


Next day, I blasted the sanpdeal team as they were telling me that "**refund is not possible till they find the product " as if I have lost the product when I have not at all relieved the same from snapdeal or bluedart.


It looks like the process of business that snapdeal follows is very pathetic and joking, snapdeal or the courier company loses the product and you dont get it in time while you have already paid for the same via Credit Card but you need to suffer since they lost it and wait for you refund till they find it.


Pathetic, Lies and Poor business is what snapdeal.com is for me now.


Snapdeal please give me my money or the product , as I am feedup with you guys now probably other online sites are much better than you guys.
