Please don’t purchase from snapdeal one of the worst online site in the world.
I have ordered an Sony DVD Player the order no. 3791948xx1 on 3rd December, The product was delivered before time. No issues at all. The packaging was perfect and COD was also supported.
After opened the package and came to know that is used item which I received. And I have cancelled the order.
Again, I have ordered an same Sony DVD Player the order no. 3935576336 on 11th Dec, but still I haven’t received my order.
Also I have contacted both courier and customer care more than 25 times but no use. the customer care was very rude.
I was requested to refund my money back, they told that it will take min 15 working days to refund the amount.
Sooooo please don’t purchase from snapdeal.
I am thinking not to buy anything from Snap deal because of their pathetic shipping service.
