I placed Two orders with Snapdeal recently.For one order they postponed the delivery date .The order was placed almost 20 days back .I cant track my shipment as the courier company site "Go Javas" will always throw an error.But this is nothing compared to how they are dealing with my other order.This order was placed on 6th of October and estimated delivery date was 3rd November.
This date has already crossed but Snapdeal never took any pain to inform me that my shipment will be delayed and they feel sorry for that.I raised Two service requests but they didnt respond to any of them.Yesterday their customer care executive escalated my case saying that ill get a response in 24 hours.But I did not get any response.
Then I again called them today.I was in queue for almost 30 mins.Then to my surprize I found someone in Snapdeal who will talk to me.I asked him when will my product be delivered.The guy replied "Bahot Jaldi".I again asked "When".He again replied "wo to mujhe bhi nahi pata lekin Bahot Jaldi"Then I told him to connect me to his supervisor.He said there is no point in talking to his supervisor as he will also tell me the same thing.I was shocked to see how they run their business.May God save Snapdeal.
