A Fine example of "Pathetic Service".

PRODUCT.
Wrong Product Delivered.
I have ordered a Jersey which does not have a name on the back, but when I got the product, I got the name written on the back. Product specified on the website, not delivered.
DELIVERY
I have ordered two Products on the same day (On the Same Receipt). They have delivered the first product on the 7th day. First Reaction, -- Not bad .. !!! But when I open the package, I found that the other product is missing and its not the product that I saw on the website. I called them back immediately, and the Guy on the Phone hung up on me.
I glanced at my receipt again, Two (2) not One (1). And later the day, I got an email stating that the other product has been shipped.(Wow! should I be happy?) Which takes another 7 days. Which totally makes it HALF A MONTH.
And for my bad luck, their Return policy states that I should take a photograph of the product within 24 hours of delivery and to send it to god knows what email address. which I am sure 99.9 % of your customer will not be able to do (Which is a Fact). Next time please rather specify "NO RETURN POLICY".
Worst of the worst, I will never shop again. Please Please Never Buy From Snapdeal.com!
