HORRIBLE SERVICE! I had returned a shoe purchased from snap deal . Every time I call customer care for refund they tell me that they have processed refund and will do needful within 24 hours. It has been more than 5 months now and I have called customer care at least 6 times and I havent received any money or positive response from snapdeal .the customer care executive as usual was extremely impolite and not willing to help.The last time I called I was asked to call back within 1 hour and was not given any details about my refund. I have already called them more than enough times and every time they seems to repeat the recorded lines " within 24 hours we will dispatch ur cheque" I have been hearing this for past 5 months now! SHAMELESS REPEATED CHEATING
Snapdeal gave me a taste of Cheating in the worst form.
I had written a review indicating I havent received payment for returned item.
order number 793043527;
Snapdeal sends me mail saying my complain is closed.
They keeping sending comments in Mouthshut indicating thy have dispatched cheque and I keep replying to them that I havent received.
And after more than 6 months of following up, they are now sending a comment to my mouthshut review indicating that thy sent cheque and cheque was received by someone else.
ARe they acting DUMB or assuming that customers are dumb.
No call or mail from snapdeal regarding cheque and thy CLAIM through mouthshut that my cheque was received by someone else.
HOW CAN someone deliver cheque to different person.
Please make up more trustworthy stories CHEATERS!
