Snapdeal once an amazing shopping and trending website has now merely become a backup to thr likes of Flipkart and Amazon.
Snapdeal is currently not getting any exclusives like Flipkart and Amazon and also the deals and offers are not thst eye catching.
Whenever I have to find a product, I first use other sites and then if I dont get the desirable product, I go to Snapdeal.Its like of a last resort territory.
Due to less ads and marketing many of their sales are missed by people as they are not even aware of them starting.
When a product is bought, delivery can be expected in a week and a half maximum.I had ordered Umbro Running shoes and got it within a week luckily.
Coming to the customer service aspect, Snapdeal is fairly decent.They do not respond immediately but well within a week or so.
The website and app is also not frequently updated like the other shopping site.
It is not being aggressive as it previously was.
