My Experience with snapdeal is like I have ordered for 8 product and out of all those 8 . 4 product they have cancelled due to stock unavailability.which was ordered on 1st january 2016.Now they have reinitiated the refund on 15th january 2016.
But today is 10th august 2016 and I have not got refund for the same. Its a worst customer service which I came across. They want all the information about the bank statement to verify whether refund credited or not but still last 10 days they made me to call 30 times and no one is bothered about that. People just irritate customers and ll the representatives and supervisors are useless in doing their jobs over there.
They are not able to get simple ARN number to track the refund. I would suggest not to pay amount to snap deal before you get product. So please check the product there and if all the things are available then only pay the amount. I am planning to file a consumer case on Snap deal if the amount is not getting refunded. So please suggest on the same. Thank you.
