I ordered a kinsmart diecast 1:40 scale 2008 Hummer H2 SUV (Black colour).
Upon receiving the package and opening it, I was shocked to see that the car had been removed from its original packing and the car had been packed in a water bottle box.
The original kinsmart brand packing had been removed. There was no way to know whether the product is new or used, original or fake. I am highly disappointed with this and have placed a return request(Return request id: 12699089).
I would however like Snapdeal to take action against the seller: RIDERS CYCLES. I have attached a photo of the fake packing and would like you to take a look at it.
I am very disappointed with Snapdeal and will not be purchasing anything now onwards from your site.
