First I bought One IFB 1.5 Ton 3 Star IACS18AK3TC Split Air Conditioner.After I got the delivery. I opened the indoor Unit Box. The indoor unit was totally different from the one shown on the web. It was of Chinese make Branded as IFB. Immediately I called Snapdeal and informed about it. They did not ask me any question and arranged for reverse pickup. Reverse pickup charges were also born by Snapdeal. Within 10 days time I got my money back in to my account. Everything went so smoothly.
I think it was not the fault of Snapdeal, it was the seller who cheated. Second time I ordered for Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star 183 PX-S Split Air Conditioner. Though I got it a little bit late it’s a genuine product. The delay is on the part of GATI courier service. They are very lazy people.
One thing is sure the prices offered by Snapdeal are very very low and we can not buy the product at such a low price on any site.
