Last week on 13 April 2018. I had placed an ordered of infocus champagne gold A2 set. I have received the product at 16 April 2018. But I found it defective and filed a return request on 18 April 2018 but didnt get any response of them in a week. After a messaging them on Twitter one of their executive call me in evening and said you have to go on service centre and take a dead note from them then we will return your product otherwise we cant do anything.And again in next morning their another executive call me but he was still on this thing I have to take a dead letter from their service center. First of all this thing is not acceptable because its not customer service or duty to go anywhere ane then get letter from them. And in my condition my mom is 50 years old lady and also a patient she is unable to go anywhere then how can she go and find their service center. On somewhat I agree on their condition but from yesterday and till now they didnt send me the address of their service center then how can anyone go and get a letter without getting any address. Its clearly visible they are making us fool. Its clearly mentioned on their app with the help of images we can easily replace and return the product in a week but now they are denying this. If they cant complete their promised then why did they written on the app Easy Return, its simple their policies are for them only not for customer help or convenience SNAPDEALworst company and their owner. Their policies are meant to be for them only. Because Snapdeal owner think consumers are fool and week. Cant do anything. They can do anything. And can looted the money of common people. So beaware from Snapdeal.
