Case 1 -
I had ordered Puma Shoes on 12th Jan. Till date(2nd Feb), the shoes are not yet dispatched. After calling the CC(chargeable) multiple times, I have given up the hope of getting the shoes. I also wrote emails asking for the same shoe. No response from them as well. In my opinion, this is the worst customer service I ever had.
Case 2 -
Ordered a Mobile Handset. My order is confirmed, but the stock is not available with the seller. They say it will be cancelled! Wastage of my time!
Worst is, the website shows that I can’t cancel the order as it has been shipped. LOL!
All the assurances are in vain. Better avoid this website.
Go for Flipkart or Amazon. Much better than this crapdeal. After 2 such experiences, I will never ever buy from this company.
