Have been using snapdeal for last 3-4 months, but for last 3 times had worst experience with Snapdeal. They don’t deliver the product on Time, the courier company is ridiculous their tracking system never works, without delivering the product they return the product to Snapdeal.
When we call courier company they say they haven’t received the package yet or sometimes they will say they will ship it in 1-2 days but they never come. Snapdeals delivery service is getting extremely bad and this was the last time I used their website.
The customer support won’t read your query and will send "CANNED responses". I would never use Snapdeal ever in future and will also recommend my friends and other people not us it.
