Contradicting Amazon.in snapdeal is far back.while it offers wide range of products but all of them are not genuine! last may I bought a JBL headphones from snapdeal but to my horror it turned out to a fake piece! I called the customer service and they asked me to wait before they notify JBL. 3 days passed away and no one called. On the 4th day a man called and said the product is not certified and my money cannot be refunded. I tried to argue with them but in vain! So friends if you are thinking of buying something online opt for amazon.in. never trust snapdeal.com
