I bought a Transcend Dashcam from Snapdeal. Rate was the deciding factor. In the website, it was mentioned that the suction mount was included. However, when I got the actual product, there was adhesive mount instead of suction mount and I had to shell out another Rs.2000 for the suction mount.
Hence, I raised a return request within few minutes of receiving the product. There was no response from Snapdeal. Everyday I had to call their call centre, who politely said that I would be getting a call from them.
Even after more than 10 days nothing happened and I keep getting the same recorded message from the call centre. So, I asked them to take the product back and refund my money. Today is the 12th day and there is no response so far. Pathetic customer service from Snapdeal.Don’t trust whatever is mentioned in the website.
