I purchased a mobile phone from snapdeal, it has a manufacturing defect that touchscreen is not responsive on the left side of the screen. So I raised a complaint and asked them to replace the handset. They said that their customer care representative will call me within 48 hours. it has been more than 2 days but they didnt call me. I again called the customer care and asked about my complaint. they said youll have to wait for customer care support call.
I also got to know that a replacement of product is very slow process and it takes at least 20-25 days to get it completed.
So I recommend you to consider all these factors when you make a online purchase.
