Snapdeals help center is complicated and useless.
The phone snapdeal have delivered have different IMEI number.
Out of two phones I ordered only one phones IMEI numbers are matching to invoice.
But when I try to lodge complaint through the help center on their website and app id does not have the option to as for correction in the invoice.
There they show email id help@snapdeal.com but when I mail them
I get a reply
"We are no longer handling queries sent to this email address -help@snapdeal.com. As an exception, we will be pleased to handle this current query and will reply to you within 24 hours. Your reference number for this query is 39468587. "
But today got invoice duplicate invoice of old incorrect invoice.

I did not ask for duplicate I asked for corrected invoice.
