Pathetic service

I’ve ordered Nicer Dicer on date. I received my product after 15days that too damaged product. Its the worst packing I’ve ever seen.  I thought I’ll replace my product by its replacement policy. I called them again and again. but they never used to respond properly. They always ask apologize for the damaged products and promised to replace the product, WHICH THEY never did.


One of their CCR asked me to send back the product through courier and promised me to refund my courier charges. Again I called them again and again. They always try to skip from the cal saying many reasons like the products is under quality check.


After 2 weeks of sending back their product, they simply said they haven’t received my product back while ive the delivery receipt.
