This has been the worst Online shopping experience I ever had. for my order ID 1034633117 (Beetel 3G Max (Mi-Fi) Datacard) I received a damaged and old product. Just from the look of the box I could make out it is an old and used one.
I immediately called the customer service and Informed them. I were told I would receive a call in 24-48 Hours. I did receive call after 72 hours. I product return was initiated but I also informed him that I have to travel to another city so either do a recall in next one day or do the recall from new city.
I received recall call after 5 days. Even after my repeated mails they are not responding and seems to have closed the matter from their end.
I am totally disappointed for following reasons:
I have been delivered a 2 year old and used product in first place (I sent them evidence of this)
Product is Faulty (Charger not working)
Sold at a higher price than the price of the same product on snapdeal the day I received it. (before I received the product the price was slashed but they refused to give product at new price)
I complained on Monday 10th June but received a all from support only on 13th (though I was told within 24-48 Hours)
They expect me to not travel anywhere (for say a month or two) once I buy a product from Snapdeal. The reason to buy a wifi datacard was so that I could travel.
In spite of telling the representative that I am in pune only till saturday he initiated return from pune.
If you want a peace of mind and dont want to get into cycles of return and chasing these guys DONT BUY FROM SNAPDEAL. I AM REALLY SORRY I DID THAT.
