Costumer services was very poor

I purchased eye liner for my cousine in this snap deal. Actually I ordered for two maybelline liquid eye liner on 12th july and I received my order in 15th july, my cousine took the courier when she open’d it she got a different brand of eyeliner that to only one. She sent me the pictures of the product then I claim for a complaint about my issue and the customer service are responding go my calls but the process is not moving an inch and the seller was not responding properly. And snapdeal costumer service persons are asking me to be patiance and give us 24 hours to resolve the issue. I’m calling everyday to costumer services to know about my complaint staus they are repeating the same. I really don’t like the service at all.
