Sending damaged, used and duplicate product

1.External hard disk for Rs. 4149, I found there was a physical damage in it later I raised a complaint then they said like they will provide Rs.200 so that I can purchase anything in snapdeal for that Rs.200.

  1. I bought one inner wear, they sent the product without sealed cover, I was kept in the very old worst packing and its look like a duplicate brand and also looks like use one. I contacted them they said like they won’t change the product as its inner wear.

Really worst dealers they have and cheating the people by providing timely free delivery.
